Plain and short. This site is a campaign run by QueerSpace asking Parliament to implement the Law Commission's Ia Tangata recommendations. By using it you agree to the following.

Adding your name

Add your name only if you are a real person and the details are your own and correct. One signature per person. Please don't submit anyone else's details, or false or automated entries. We may remove signatures that look fake or automated.

What we do with your name

We use it to record your support and, if you tick the boxes, to email you. We never sell it or share it with any political party or third party. The details are in our privacy statement.

The information here

We work hard to keep everything on this site accurate and sourced to the public record. It is provided in good faith for general information and campaigning, not as legal advice. Links to other sites are for reference; we are not responsible for their content.

Changes and contact
